Graduate Fellow, Ohio State University. She earned her master’s degree in Business Interpreting from University of International Business and Economics. Her research focuses on service management and marketing, customer experience, and healthcare. She received a Graduate Minor in Business in Health Sciences from Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University. She has a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics. She is co-managing our China operations.
